MANCR regulates GC cell proliferation through miR-101. Analysis of the Cell Counting Kit-8 data by the one-way ANOVA and Tukey post hoc test revealed that, compared with the C and NC groups, MANCR overexpression promoted, while miR-101 overexpression inhibited GC cell proliferation. Additionally, miR-101 overexpression decreased the effect of MANCR overexpression on cell proliferation. *P<0.05.
