Video 1  Endoscopic ultrasound-guided gallbladder drainage. The gallbladder is punctured using a 19G needle, and the contrast medium is injected. The 0.025-inch guidewire is inserted into the gallbladder. Then, the duodenal and gallbladder walls are dilated using the novel electrocautery dilator. Finally, stent deployment is successfully performed from the gallbladder to the duodenum.
