(A): qPCR analysis of A2‐like genes: Clcf1, Tgm1, and Ptgs2 relative expression and A1‐like genes: Fbln5, Serping1, and Rt1‐S3 relative expression in primary astrocytes at 3 days after treated with/without gelatin hydrogel (Gtn), EGF, or EGF‐hydrogel (Gtn‐EGF).
