Different EV sub-fractions collected from (A) MiaPaCa and (B) AsPC1 cells cultured under normoxia or hypoxia (0.1% O2) were used to treat cancer cells under hypoxia (0.1% O2) and their effect on cell viability measured by trypan blue dye exclusion assay. NORLEV; NORMEV; NORSEV and HYPLEV; HYPMEV; HYPSEV represent large, moderate and small sized EVs from cells cultured under normoxia and hypoxia, respectively.
