Effect of the Rho kinase inhibitor Y-27632 (Y) on Bay K8644 (Bay K)-induced elevation of intracellular Ca²⁺ concentration ([Ca²⁺]_i) in rat cultured A7r5 aortic smooth muscle cells and preglomerular microvascular smooth muscle cells (PMVSMCs).
