Nuclear changes after depolymerizing actin. Confocal images of MSC before and after treatment with cytochalasin D. Nuclear height is increased due to CytoD which untethers LINC from cytoplasmic actin and causes actin transfer into the nucleus. As CytoD does not enter the nucleus, there is an increase in intranuclear F-actin. F-actin is green, stained with phalloidin, lamin B is stained with red, Scale bars = 25 µm.
