Validation of EBV pentamer binding to CD8 T cells in brain sections from HLA-B*0801⁺ MS donors. Double immunofluorescence stainings with anti-CD8 MAb (green, left column) and B*0801/EBNA3A or B*0801/BZLF1 pentamers (red, middle column) were performed in brain sections from four HLA-B*0801⁺ MS donors (MS234 [A], MS92 [B], MS121 [C], and MS180 [D and E]).
