A LASSO regression model was built with the activation markers as independent variables and the frequency of cells expressing inducible HIV msRNA as the dependent variable. The models were optimized via leave-one-out cross-validation, and the least cross-validated mean square error was determined. The regression coefficient for each marker is provided.
