Unsupervised clustering results are shown as a two-dimensional dendrogram for 46 chemicals that were identified as exhibiting clastogenic activity. As described in Materials and Methods section, each biomarker dose response was converted to an area under the curve for this analysis. The abbreviations TI (topoisomerase inhibitor) and C-L (cross-linker) are used to denote clades that are enriched for chemicals known to exhibit these activities.
