Levels of S1P, sphingosine, and other sphingolipids in the hippocampus of WT, SK2Δ, J20, and J20.SK2Δ mice at 8 months of age. All lipids shown have the common 18:1 sphingosine base. F and p values for one-way ANOVA are indicated; #p < 0.05. After adjusting ANOVA p values for multiple comparisons, sphingosine and S1P were significant at Q < 0.05, indicated by bold font. Dunnett's post-test was used to compare group means to the WT for individual lipids significant at p < 0.05 in univariate ANOVA.
