Adenosine is involved in PRP-induced cells proliferation. (A) The levels of adenosine in normal serum and PRP assessed by ELISA (n=6). (B, C) Fibroblasts were divided into 3 groups based on the different treatments. The proliferation of fibroblasts among the 3 groups was measured by CCK-8 and flow cytometry. (D) The levels of cyclin D1 and cyclin D3 were measured by western blot analysis. (E) qRT-PCR analysis was applied to detect the expression of cyclin D1 and cyclin D3 in control and PRP groups.
