CC-C1q-vWF complexes upregulate the surface receptor expression of HMDMs. LPS-stimulated HMDMs were treated with CC, CC-C1q or CC-C1q-vWF complexes for 18 h and analyzed by flow cytometry for surface marker expression of (A) CD14, (B) CD86, (C) LAIR1, (D) LRP-1, (E) MerTK, (F) MHC II, (G) PD-L1, and (H) SR-A1.
