Numbers of biological processes reported here: invasiveness network (1,085 processes), diagnostic gene-signatures Mammaprint Dx (1,194 processes), OncoType Dx (1,103 processes), Invasiveness Gene Signature (1,140 processes), PAM50 (1,353 processes), and proteomics signatures of invasive cells (152 proteins; 1,076 processes), triple-negative breast cancer (11 proteins; 559 processes), grading signature (49 proteins; 954 processes), and aggressiveness signature (44 proteins; 1,203 processes).
