Imaging pipeline for resection zone estimation. The imaging pipeline registers preoperative MRI, post-implant CT, and post-resection MRI together to allow for resection zone mapping and electrode localization. In-house software in addition to ITK-SNAP were used to map resection zones and localize electrodes for all patients using cartoon maps presented in surgical conference notes. Nodes that overlapped with the resection zone were virtually resected from the network to measure effect on synchronizability.
