Viability and characterization of prostaglandin E synthases 2 (PGE2) treatment in normal human dermal fibroblasts (NHDFs). NHDFs were seeded in 96-well plates at a density of 2 × 10³ cells per well and treated with PGE2 (A,B). Cell viability results, based on a Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay, are presented as the mean ± standard deviation (SD) of the percentage of the control optical density (OD).
