Effects of PKM2 knockdown on migration and invasion of 786-O cells. (A) A wound was formed and migration of 786-O cells was measured every day using a phase-contrast microscope for 72 h. GAPDH was used as internal loading control. (F) Band intensities were measured and plotted as a bar graph relative to GAPDH level. One-way ANOVA was used to compare means of different groups. Differences between means were considered significant at p < 0.05 using Tukey’s multiple comparison test; *** p < 0.001 as compared with normal control cells.
