The p-values noted in the figure are obtained from the multiple comparisons (BP vs. CN and WP vs. CN) for the group difference in the mean changes between the two groups. Dunnett’s method was used to adjust the type I error. Mean changes are adjusted for sex, age, education level, Mini Mental-Status Examination (MMSE), and daily activity hours.
