Spleen cells isolated from Cx43+/+ mice were stimulated with 2.5 μM menadione or 0.5 μM DMNQ for the indicated time or exposed to the indicated concentrations of the reagents for 24 h. Supernatants and cell lysates were harvested and subjected to Western blot analysis for IgG, Cx43 and p-p38.
