Apt69 Binding and Internalization

(A) Apt69 was incubated at the indicated concentrations with COS-7 parental cells or with COS7-BCMA cells for 30 min at 37°C. Binding values (μM) were measured by qRT-PCR. (B) COS7-BCMA cells were incubated for 1 h with apt69 (200 nM) and either analyzed (total) or subjected to high salt washing before harvesting (internalized). The quantities of total and internalized aptamer were evaluated by qRT-PCR. Error bars show the mean ± SEM values.
