8,9-EET and 8,9,11-EHET increase VEGFR expression. HAECs were FBS- and VEGF-starved for 3 h. Cells were scratched with a pipette tip and treated with 0.01 µM 8,9,11-EHET, 0.1 µM 8,9-EET, or ethanol (vehicle). The VEGFR-2 and -3 expression in culture media was imaged, and integrated signal density was calculated using Fiji. Values are means ± SEs (n = 2–4). **P < 0.001 versus the vehicle control.
