(A) After treatment with normoxic or hypoxic conditioned medium from HMC-1 cells, the proliferation of HFL-1 cells was assessed by the Cell Counting Kit-8 assay. (B) Migration of HFL-1 cells after culture in normoxic or hypoxic conditioned medium from HMC-1 cells was determined by scratch assay.
