Marrow infiltration in bilateral femora in a 67-year-old male patient with IgG kappa myeloma and a high disease burden of 70% clonal cells on bone marrow biopsy. Disease is occult on axial CT (b) as there is no cortical destruction. However, widespread marrow disease is easily appreciable on WB-MRI maximum intensity projection (a, black arrows), b = 900 s/mm2 (c, arrows) axial images and ADC map (d, arrows), as regions of low signal intensities on the WB-DWI MIP image and as foci of high signal on the native b900 DWI image
