Statistical analysis of the results was performed using GraphPad Prism 6 (GraphPad Software, La Jolla, CA, USA). Differences between strains and species parameters were assessed using two-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s multiple comparison statistical test Asterisks (*) indicate significant differences between strains (*p < 0.05) and daggers (†) indicate significant differences between species (p < 0.05).
