AFB₁ detection by thin layer chromatography (TLC) in polypropylene woven bags inoculated with A. flavus after S. montana (NIO-SM) and O. virens (NIO-OV) niosome treatment of corn incubated for 45, 60, 75, and 90 days. The intensity and thickness of the fluorescent band are related to the concentration of toxin. The standard corresponds to the application of purified AFB₁ (0.05 mg/mL).
