Luminescence rhythms of Per2-dLuc cells were monitored in the presence of two different concentrations of the compounds (3 and 8 μM). Data are the representative of several biological replicates (n = 16). Period parameter was obtained by the curve fitting and plotted against final concentration of the compounds. Data are represented as mean ± SEM. The period length was 24.2 ± 0.11 h for control Per2-dLuc cell line.
