Crazy paving. Coronal (left side) and axial (right side) CT images show ground glass attenuation of the lungs—with superimposed reticulations, in a patient with Pneumocystis jirovecii infection. This appearance looks like the “roman crazy paving” and may be associated also with different pulmonary diseases (alveolar proteinosis, ARDS, drug-induced pneumonitis, etc.)
