Insulin content in pancreas. Insulin contents in the pancreas were examined every three weeks from 6 to 15 weeks of age. Insulin content in group db/db(c+) was significantly higher than that of group db/db(c−) at 9 weeks of age or later. A significant difference between insulin content of group db/db(c−) and that of group db/m(c−) was observed at respective ages.
