Indirect IgG Peptide-ELISA with human (DENV and negatives sera) and mouse (ZIKV sera) samples for validation. Pep1 and DENV3E protein were able to identify positive sera for all DENV serotypes, Pep2 for DENV1 and 2, and Pep3 for DENV2 only.
