Fc-μTP-L309C, IVIg and SCIg can prevent arthritis in both the endogenous and in the serum transfer model. The clinical scores (a) are shown for mice treated with 11 injections of IVIg, SCIg or Fc-μTP-L309C. Injections were given on days 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, and 21.
