The anti-HIV-1 IIIB activity of the sera collected from the mice 2 h (A) and 8 h (B) post-injection via i.p. with the N6 (5 mg/kg), N6 (3.2 mg/kg)/IBP-CP24 (1.8 mg/kg) combination, N6 (3.2 mg/kg), IBP-CP24 (1.8 mg/kg), and N6 (3.2 mg/kg)/CP24 (1.8 mg/kg) combination, respectively. The dilution fold of the serum causing 50% inhibition of HIV-1 IIIB infection (DF-IC50) was calculated. Each sample was tested in triplicate and data were presented as mean ± SD. Unpaired, 2-tailed t test was performed. "ns" means no significance; *P<0.05, ** P<0.01, and *** P < 0.001.
