(D) The ROC curve for discriminating patients with AIS from healthy controls via lncRNA-AC136007.2 had offered the greater diagnostic ability with an AUC of 0.94 (95% CI, 0.88–0.99, sensitivity 90.63, specificity 90.63). The measured RNA expression levels were normalized by GAPDH (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.001).
