MDR-EAEC counts of G. mellonella larvae infected with LD₅₀ dose of MDR-EAEC strains (10⁶ CFU) and treated with MIC dose of Indolicidin 3 h post-infection. MDR-EAEC induced infection (10 μL) was treated with MIC of Indolicidin (10 μL), keeping respective controls (infected, infected with meropenem-treatment, AMP control, PBS control). Data expressed as the mean ± standard deviation (log₁₀CFU/mL of hemolymph) of three independent experiments on EMB agar plates supplemented with ampicillin (100 μg/plate).
