Observed species, Shannon, Chao1, ACE, PD and Good’s coverage were abbreviations of number of species observed, Shannon index, Chao 1 estimator, ACE estimator, phylogenetic diversity index and the index of sequencing depth. P value was based on the student’s t-test with IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA).
