Model 1: adjusted for age, sex, race, and APOE ϵ4. Model 2: adjusted for model 1 plus income, education, BMI, hypertension status, diabetes status, drinking status, smoking status, HDL cholesterol, total cholesterol, and prevalent CHD. BMI, hypertension status, diabetes status, total cholesterol, and prevalent CHD interaction terms with time were also included in the model.
