(A) The transfection of sh-hnRNP-F was performed to establish EJ and UMUC-3 cells with the stable knockdown of hnRNP-F expression. HnRNP-F levels were detected in EJ and UMUC-3 cells after hnRNP-F knockdown by western blotting. MTT assay (B) and colony formation assay (C) were performed to detect the effect of hnRNP-F knockdown on the cell proliferation of EJ and UMUC-3 cells. (D) Immunocytochemistry analysis of KI67 protein was performed in EJ and UMUC-3 cells. (E) Cell cycle distribution of EJ and UMUC-3 cells was analyzed by flow cytometry.
