Rac1 and Rac2 mediate the up-regulation of claudin-1 by DOCK1 depletion. Claudin-low breast cancer cells were treated with specific shRNAs against Rac1, Rac2, and Rac3 for three days. The collected cells were used to determine protein expression (A).
