PCAT19 regulates H1993 cell proliferation via the p53 pathway. Cell proliferation data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Tukey's post-hoc test, and indicated that PCAT19-silencing led to decreased NSCLC-cell proliferation, compared with the two control groups. Additionally, PCAT19 overexpression led to an increased proliferation rate. p53 overexpression attenuated the effects of PCAT19 overexpression. *P<0.05.
