Effect of IGRS on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. At 24 h post-reperfusion, rats were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection with 10% chloral hydrate (350 mg/kg body weight) prior to sacrifice. Neurological scores were performed, and ischemic infarction volumes and brain water content were measured.
