(A) The relative levels of collagen type II and type I were assessed with real-time PCR in each group. For collagen type I, the relative level in the scaffold group at 24 weeks after implantation was higher than that in other groups. For collagen type II, the relative level in the scaffold with cells group at 24 weeks after implantation was higher than that in other groups, close to that of the normal group.
