Blocking PDGF-BB with the Aptamer Decreases the Downstream Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK Signaling Pathway. Caco-2 (A) and SW480 (B) cells were treated with the PDGF-BB alone or PDGF-BB plus PDGF-BB aptamer, and the untreated cell served as control.
