Knockdown of hsa_circ_0000745 inhibits CC cell proliferation. (a) The expression levels of hsa_circ_0000745 in SiHa and CaSki cells were determined by qRT‐PCR after transfection with three hsa_circ_0000745 siRNAs individually (siRNA‐1, siRNA‐2 and siRNA‐3). (b) The CCK‐8 assay showed that hsa_circ_0000745 knockdown (si‐circ) obviously suppressed the proliferation of SiHa cells compared with cells transfected with the control (si‐NC). (c) The CCK‐8 assay showed that hsa_circ_0000745 knockdown (si‐circ) obviously suppressed the proliferation of CaSki cells compared with cells transfected with si‐NC.
