Proliferation and differentiation after 4 days in culture were measured and analysed using immunofluorescent automatic high‐content image analysis. EC₅₀ values (ng/ml) are reported as the mean EC₅₀ ± SEM from at least three independent biological repeats, each with at least four technical repeats.
