Anti-proliferative effect of RWFV-targeted LCP loaded with curcumin. MB49 cells were treated for 4 hrs followed by washing to remove uninternalized particles. The cells were incubated another 48 hrs before adding the MTS reagent. After incubating for 1 hr, the absorbance of soluble formazan formed due to bio-reduction of MTS by live MB49 cells population was measured at 490 nm. All treatments for each formulation were performed in triplicate and error bars represent the standard deviation of the mean (n=3).
