Each cell population was classified according to the following surface antigens. Population enriched with hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells: Lin c-kit+ Sca-1+ CD34; multipotent progenitor: Lin c-kit+ Sca-1+ CD34+; common myeloid-erythroid progenitor: Lin c-kit+ Sca-1 CD34+; common lymphoid progenitor: Lin c-kit Sca-1+ CD34+. The data are expressed as the means ± SD, and statistical significance was determined by a comparison of each group (aP < 0.05vs. 5 Gy cohort; bP < 0.01vs. 5 Gy cohort). ND: no data.
