We tabulated the genomic coordinates (hg19) of the examined CpG dinucleotides on the promoter regions of S100A6 and S100A11. Their positions relative to transcription start site (TSS) were also shown. S100A6 and S100A11 were both located at the minus strand of chromosome 1. The TSSs of NM_014624 and NM_005620 were 153,508,718 and 152,009,512, respectively. The CpG dinucleotides with minus “relative position to TSS” were located at the upstream of TSS, usually called promoter region. The CpG dinucleotides (cg06767701 and cg27102304) with plus “relative position to TSS” were located at the downstream of TSS, also called gene body.
