Variables from lung mechanics were quantified as follows: Quantification of (A) Pulmonary volumes by Forced Vital Capacity, Inspiratory Capacity and Tidal Volume; Analysis of the airway flow by of Forced Expiratory Volume at 50 milliseconds (FEV50) (B) and by Flow–volume curve, (#) p <0.05 when compared to the BL group (C); and pulmonary elasticity measuring Peak of Compliance, Dynamic Compliance and Lung Resistance (D). Results represent mean ± S.E.M., *P< 0.05, **P< 0.01, ***P< 0.001. Kruskal-Walis test followed by Dunn's test were used for comparison of pulmonary Mechanics.
