Clinical applications of osteogenic nanofibrous coating and its mechanism of action. (A) Our invention will be relevant for coating titanium implants of various geometries (e.g. bone screws, dental implants with cylindrical/conical/straight/hybrid design etc.) (B) Osteogenic nanofibrous coated titanium dental implant placed in the edentulous region of mandible (C) Autocrine and paracrine signaling of MSCs in the peri-implant zone by virtue of our nanofibrous coating will result in enhanced regeneration of bone and better osseointegration of implants.
