How inoculation strategy 2 can reduce the polarization effect. The plot shows the changes in the values of the perceived influence of nodes during 3 phases of a discussion; non-polarized exchange, polarized exchange and the polarized exchange having inoculation strategy 2 applied. This decrease in the thrid phase shows the capability for this inoculation strategy to return the network to a discussion with a more uniform distribution of dissemination capabilities across the participants.
