Effects of MMI-0100 treatment on the protein expression level of pro-inflammatory factors in the hippocampus. Hippocampal levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines, TNF-α (A,D), IL-1β (B,E), and IL-6 (C,F) were evaluated by ELISA assay. Note that TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 levels showed significant increase in the Aβ₁₋₄₂ group or LPS group, and following MMI-0100 treatment, the Aβ₁₋₄₂ + MMI-0100 group recovered to control levels. n = 5 mice per group.
