Data are mean ± SD of four mice per group expressed as percentage of total thymocytes (CD4 CD8, CD4+ CD8+, CD4+, CD8+) or the percentage of CD4 CD8 cells (CD25 CD44+, CD25+ CD44+, CD25+ CD44, CD25 CD44). Thymus weights were 71.3 ± 8.6, 107.0 ± 20.9, 90.5 ± 15.6, and 89.5 ± 5.3 mg for SIRT2/3+/+, SIRT2−/−, SIRT3−/−, and SIRT2/3−/− mice. Gray background: P < 0.05 vs. SIRT2/3+/+ mice.
